Abstract
Nouveau procédé et nouveau système de production de vapeur pour l'industrie du pétrole et du gaz, en particulier l'industrie du pétrole lourd. Le procédé comprend l'approvisionnement en eau d'alimentation de chaudière de qualité suffisante par un ou plusieurs générateurs primaires de vapeur humide afin de produire de la vapeur humide primaire; la séparation de la vapeur humide primaire en vapeur sèche primaire et en une phase liquide primaire; l'approvisionnement en vapeur en phase liquide primaire d'un ou de plusieurs générateurs de vapeur secondaires afin de générer de la vapeur secondaire. Les générateurs de vapeur secondaires peuvent ou non être des générateurs de vapeur humide. Cette configuration en série unique provoque l'augmentation de la production de vapeur par unité d'eau d'alimentation de chaudière et une réduction globale des déchets liquides ou de la dépressurisation de la chaudière, comparée à la configuration de génération de vapeur humide classique SAGD (drainage par gravité assistée par la vapeur). L'invention concerne également le mode d'exécution du procédé.
