Abstract

This design is to create dividers or compartments in twelve or sixteen-ounce drink cans. Many Cans in One Can will create two or more dividers within the can to create two or more compartments. They can be made separately and soldered or attached together to form a normal can shape. This will help consumers to buy a twelve or sixteen ounce can and drink a portion of the drink and next time another portion will also be fresh. When it comes to Mini Cans in One Can, the cans are made in small sizes. For example, if one used three-ounce cans, four of them will be screwed, snapped or clipped together to form a twelve or sixteen ounce normal can.
The screw type Mini Cans would have a bottom male thread and a top female thread, and they would screw together to form a twelve-ounce can, or four four-ounce cans would form a sixteen-ounce can. The engineering principles behind the Many and Mini Can in One Can are the same.

Description

THE TECHNICAL OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to soft drink cans that are divided to create compartments.
This helps consumers to drink a twelve or sixteen ounce can at different times, and the contents remain fresh. For example, if a twelve ounce can had four compartments, this would allow the consumer to have a three ounce drink fresh at four times. With the Mini Cans in One Can, the consumer screws out a Mini Can, opens, drinks the contents and after drinking, the finished can would be screwed in at the bottom of the can.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to soft drink cans. There are lots of designs on the market from small to large cans. Some come with a variety of different shapes joined or divided. JR's invention is to divide the normal twelve or sixteen ounce cans, even other types of cans, so that different types of drinks can be carried in one can size or the same type of drink which can be drunk at different times fresh.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
A more complete understanding of the present invention may be derived by referring to the detailed description and claims when considered in connection with the figures where reference letters and numbers are similar items throughout the figures.

This shows the dividers that create compartments within the can.

Page 4 of 11 Fig. 4 Front view of the JR Mini Cans in One Can.
This figure shows three, four-ounce cans which are screwed together to form a twelve-ounce can.
Page 5 of 11 Fig. 5 Southeast view of the JR Mini Cans in One can. Shows the southeast isometric view how the three cans are screwed together to form a normal twelve-ounce can, adding one more would become a sixteen-ounce can.
Page 6 of 11 Fig. 6 Southeast view of the JR Mini Cans in One Can. Shows the top can has been screwed out to drink. Again, it can be screwed in at the bottom after drinking, because the top of the can has a female threading, and the bottom can has a male threading.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
JR Many and Mini Cans in One Can is designed for consumers to have a smaller quantity of a drink at different times.
Though JR Many and Mini Cans sound different, the engineering principle is the same.
Another advantage is the variety of JR Many and Mini Cans which can be divided, soldered, attached or screwed in. Consumers would be attracted because of its colorfulness.
JR Many and Mini cans are designed to have many choices of drinks in one standard can size.
9 of 11 Another advantage of these cans is they could have the same drink in all the cans which could be drunk at different times and would be fresh as a just opened can.
JR Many and Mini Cans help consumers to carry a variety of drinks in one can.
The main philosophy behind this design is to make small children drink small portions of a drink at a time. Most children drink the whole can at once because it will run out of gas if he or she keeps it longer, after opening the can.

Claims (6)

1. JR Many and Mini in one can size is engineered to have dividers within the can or having made four or three ounce cans, then attach them to form a normal twelve or sixteen ounce can for consumers to have a smaller quantity of a drink fresh at a time or at different times.
2. An apparatus as set forth in claim 1, can be practiced in plastic containers or bottles.
3. An apparatus as set forth in claim 1, having dividers within the containers to create compartments within the can so that consumers can have a small portion of fresh drink every time they open the can.
4. An apparatus as set forth in claim 1, having made separate cans then to attach to form a normal twelve or sixteen ounce can.
5. An apparatus as set forth in claim 1, cans are made in small sizes like three or Four ounce cans. Four of three-ounce cans screwed, snapped or clipped on to have one twelve-ounce can. If it is four ounce cans, four of them screwed, snapped or clipped on, to have one sixteen ounce can. The main philosophy behind the idea is to have a small portion of drink fresh at every time the can is opened.
6. An apparatus as set forth in claim 1, when it comes to mini cans, they get attached by a clip-on or snap-in system or when it comes with a screw type, the bottom of the can will come with male thread, and the top will come with a female thread. The advantage in the screw type is,the mini can could be re-screwed in the bottom easily after drinking.
