Abstract

Procédé de traitement thermique de fil d'acier, comprenant une montée en température d'au moins un fil à traiter jusqu'à une température d'austénitisation de l'acier, et un maintien du fil à cette température pendant une période d'égalisation de température au sein de la masse métallique dudit au moins un fil, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une formation d'un lit fluidisé, un chauffage du lit fluidisé, et un défilement à travers le lit fluidisé chauffé dudit au moins un fil métallique à traiter d e manière à assurer au moins ladite montée en température, ledit chauffage éta nt au moins partiellement obtenu par au moins un chauffage du lit fluidisé qui est produit sensiblement tangentiellement à une surface supérieure moyenne d e celui-ci.
