Abstract

An article, such as a tamper evident container (6), includes an indicator (11) having a first layer including a thermochromic ink composition, and a second layer, disposed on the first layer, having a composition different from the ink composition of the first layer. The article exhibits better evidence of tampering.
The first and/or second layer can be in the form of a message.
