Description

BäTI-GUIDE POUR UNE FRAISEUSE

BäTI-GUIDE FOR A MILLING MACHINE
The invention relates to a guide frame 1 (Figure 1) allowing integrate a milling machine 2 (Figure 2) to perform stripping of concrete or any other material similar that has crumbled or been damaged over long time periods. The guide frame 1 is used in particular to improve the performance of milling machine 2 by allowing it to carry out work on any_The surface, in different plans: slabs on the floor, straight or inclined walls, ceilings at any angle.
Guide frame 1 is attached to the articulated arm of a shovel hydraulic using a rotary coupler 3 (Figure 3) which allows to adjust the guide frame 1 by rotating it either left or either right so that it is always parallel to the surface to be demolished (see Figure 6).
The articulated arm of the shovel is used to hold the guide frame 1 (Figure 8). Thereafter, the milling machine can start demolition work on a surface by example of 5 mx 1.5 m at a depth of up to example up to 100 mm each time for a maximum of 350 mm without having to move the guide frame 1 (see Figure 7). The demolition depth is given using a cylinder connecting the support of the milling machine and the milling machine, allowing the milling machine to be tilted to the desired depth (Figure 2).
The cylinders 10 on the side of the guide frame are used to make up and down the main mast 7 on which is located the support of the milling machine 8 (Figure 4).

A hydraulic transmission located on the support of the milling machine 8 is connected to a drive wheel 9. A
chain 11 is fixed from one end to the other of the main mast 7 and goes on the drive wheel 9 (Figure 2). Once the hydraulic transmission activated, drive wheel 9 moves milling machine 2 from left to right and / or from right to left (Figure 4).
System operation requires only one operator can control everything from the excavator cab or still outside the shovel using a control to distance.
Guide frame 1 can be attached to the hydraulic shovel by two ways. In case the shovel cannot move laterally, the guide frame can be fixed at point 5 with the rotary coupler 3. The rotary coupler 3 turns to the left or to the right and allows you to adjust the guide frame 1 so parallel to the surface to be demolished (Figure 6). In the case where the shovel must or can move laterally, in parallel on the surface to be demolished, fixing can be done with the fixed fastener at point 6 (Figure 5 ;.
The guide frame according to the present invention has several advantages, for example an automatic control of the demolition depth to maintain the same depth of demolition at any time according to the will of the operator regardless of the surface to be demolished, thus avoiding depth deviations to limit the amount of concrete during reconstruction (Figures 6 and 7). The work is done quickly and according to a method controlled. The milling machine allows the work of demolition and finishing in one go and according to the desired depth (for example, 4 inches on each pass and up to 14 inches deep without having to move the guide frame). It increases the precision of the work demolition and speed of execution. The guide can adapt to any carrier, and may have different dimensions. Concrete demolition work can be performed in a tight space. The demolition method is done by rubbing (nibbling) (Figures 7 and 8) and not with a striking force as is the case with a breeze rock, eliminating vibration as much as possible. energy necessary for the operation of the guide frame and the milling machine is supplied by the hydraulic shovel. The installation of system is easy and fast. The worker can operate from the entire system is very secure: from the shovel cabin or near the frame.guide by command remotely.
