Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de transport et/ou de surveillance d'un fluide dans un dispositif multiport utilisé dans un système microfluidique. Le dispositif multiport inclut un substrat comprenant une configuration définie du canal. Une première région du canal, définie dans le substrat, comporte un premier port et un second port permettant de transporter entre eux le fluide. Une seconde région du canal, également définie dans le substrat, comporte un premier port et un second port permettant d'appliquer un courant électrique servant à réchauffer le fluide ou à surveiller entre eux un paramètre du fluide. Selon certaines réalisations, le premier canal coupe le second canal. Les aspects chauffage ou surveillance de l'invention conviennent à une multitude de réactions biologiques, y compris l'amplification en chaîne par polymérase et la ligation répétitive d'oligonucléotides.
