Abstract
Ensemble brûleur servant à effectuer la combustion de granulés et d'un combustible solide de chauffage de même dimension à base de biomasse, par exemple, des granulés de bois. Cet ensemble brûleur comprend une chambre de combustion étanche à l'air possédant une sortie d'évacuation située dans une zone supérieure dudit ensemble et un brûleur (10) situé dans une zone inférieure dudit ensemble afin de convertir le combustible solide en combustible gazeux et en cendre en présence d'une alimentation limitée en air et de brûler les gaz obtenus. Ce brûleur présente des parois verticales cylindriques intérieure (12) et extérieure (11) possédant le même axe et constituant une chambre centrale confinée de gazéification et de combustion entourée par un collecteur annulaire (15) d'air de combustion. Ce collecteur (15) est fermé à la base et au sommet et comporte une entrée d'air (16) dans sa paroi extérieure, ainsi qu'une pluralité d'ouvertures (17) éloignées les unes des autres et disposées en rangées dirigées vers le haut dans la paroi intérieure cylindrique, ce qui crée des entrées d'air depuis le collecteur d'air de combustion vers la zone de combustion de la chambre. Une grille placée au fond de la chambre de gazéification et de combustion supporte le combustible solide, tout en permettant à la cendre de passer à travers la grille.
