Abstract

Un fauteuil pour, par exemple un aéronef, présente une coque extérieure ouverte qui entoure une partie siège, un dossier, un appui-tête et un repose-pied lorsque le fauteuil est en position droite. La coque entoure également une paire d'accoudoirs. Le fauteuil peut être incliné de sorte qu'un lit soit formé et que la partie siège soit déplacée vers l'avant et sorte de l'extrémité ouverte de la coque. Simultanément, les accoudoirs sont mobiles entre la position relevée et la position sensiblement au même niveau que la partie de siège. En position lit, la largeur du lit est sensiblement accrue lorsque les accoudoirs ne sont pas en position levée, ce qui augmente le confort de l'utilisateur.
