Abstract
L'invention concerne un moyen de fermeture (40) et un dispositif (20) à utiliser avec le moyen de fermeture (40), le moyen de fermeture (40) comportant un premier élément (22) ayant un bord en biseau (42), un second élément (24) ayant un bord oblique correspondant (44) et éventuellement un élément de base auquel le second élément est fixé. Le premier élément (22) est agencé pour que son bord en biseau (42) soit retenu par le bord oblique (44). Un dispositif pour effectuer un test (20) peut comporter un tel moyen de fermeture (40) et il peut également comporter une charnière (26) entre le premier et le second éléments. On peut placer des éléments pour réaliser des tests tels qu'un milieu chromatographique et des tampons absorbants sur le premier élément et/ou sur l'élément de base et on peut les amener l'un contre l'autre en fermant le premier élément avec le moyen de fermeture.
