Abstract

The invention concerns a process for obtaining a liquid extract of antioxidants from vegetable matter, in which the vegetable matter is mixed with an C2-C6 alkylene glycol acting as a vehicle, and the mixture is pressed and filtered to obtain a clear liquid containing antioxidants.
