Abstract

Compounds of formula (I): <IMAGE> in which: - X represents -CH2-, -(CH2)2-, -CH=CH-, -O-CH2-, S-CH2-, -SO-CH2- or -SO2-CH2-, - Y represents an oxygen or sulphur atom or a group -NR6-, - R1 represents a hydrogen atom or a linear or branched (C1-C6)alkyl group, - R2 represents a hydrogen or halogen atom, a linear or branched (C1-C6)alkyl group (substituted or unsubstituted), a hydroxyl group, a linear or branched (C1-C6)alkoxy group or a linear or branched (C1-C6)alkylthio group, - R3 represents a hydrogen or halogen atom, a linear or branched (C1-C6)alkyl group (substituted or unsubstituted), a hydroxyl group, a linear or branched (C1-C6)alkoxy group or a linear or branched (C1-C6)alkylthio group, - R4 represents a hydrogen atom (provided that, in this case, R1 represents a hydrogen atom), a halogen atom, a linear or branched (C1-C6)alkyl group (substituted or unsubstituted) or a hydroxyl group, or else - R1 and R2, R2 and R3, R3 and R4 or R4 and X form, together with the carbon atoms which carry them, a benzene ring, provided that, in the case where R1 and R2 form a benzene ring, X is other than -CH2- or -(CH2)2-, - R5 represents a hydrogen atom or an amino group (substituted or unsubstituted), - R6 has the same meaning as R1, their isomers and their addition salts with a pharmaceutically acceptable acid.
