Abstract

The present invention provides flexible nylon films comprising, based on the total weight of the composition, from about 50 to about 95 weight. % of a polyamide and from about 5 to about 50 weight %
of a modified polyolefin having a functional moiety elected from the group consisting of unsaturated polycarboxylic acids and acid anhydrides wherein the tensile modulus of a film formed from such composition is below about 85,000 psi (580 MPa) at 50 %
relative humidity. Preferably, the modifiad polyolefin further comprises vinyl acetate.
