Abstract

An article holder having adjustable loops comprises a foundation piece having a slot therein for receiving a looped strip of flexible material therethrough and locking means comprising a member having greater width than the slot, positionable beneath the slot, for frictional engagement with the looped strip and through the looped strip when the member is beneath the slot.
