Abstract
Wound-induced DNA and part thereof, from Solanum tuberosum, use therof for the expression of gene products in higher plants in the case of wounding or pathogenic diseases, DNA-transmitting vectors containing them and plants or parts of plants containing them. The promotor part of this DNA sequence can be used in higher plants for the expression of gene products in the case of wounding and/or pathogenic diseases.
