Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of the pourer for medical container as shown in the drawings; the pourer for medical container is symmetrical and presents a generally biconvex in plan view upper section with a circular opening in the top surface thereof; the upper section merges into a cylindrical section which presents a central oblong port section with generally flat side surfaces having opposed V-shaped upper and lower edges; the cylindrical section merges into a pair of aligned annular sections; the lower annular section merges into a downwardly tapered cap section having an oblong opening therein in front view and a rounded end surface in front view which follows the curved lower end of the oblong opening.With the cap in the extended position, the upper annular section merges into a frustoconical section which in turn merges into a smaller annular section having a beveled lower surface which merges into a short cylindrical lower end section.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a right front perspective view of the design of a pourer for medical container;Fig. 2 is a front elevation view thereof, the rear elevation view being identical to the front elevation view;Fig. 3 is a right side elevation view thereof, the left side elevation view being identical to the right side elevation view;Fig. 4 is a top plan view thereof;Fig. 5 is a bottom view thereof;Fig. 6 is an enlarged cross-sectional view taken along arrows A - A of Fig. 2;Fig. 7 is an enlarged cross-sectional view taken along arrows B - B of Fig. 2;Fig. 8 is a cross-sectional view taken along arrows C - C of Fig. 2;Fig. 9 is a front elevation view of the pourer for medical container with the cap of the pourer shown in an extended position, the rear elevation view of the pourer with the cap in the extended position being identical to the front elevation view; andFig. 10 is a perspective view of the pourer for medical container and the accompanying medical container shown in stippled lines.The stippled lines in Fig. 10 of the drawings show the medical container as the environment of the pourer for medical container when in use and do not form part of the present design.Diagrams of the design are included.
