Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of the design of a motor scooter as shown in the drawings; the most significant features of the design of the motor scooter consist of the features of shape, configuration and ornamentation of the front headlights and the rear covers for the motor scooter; each rear cover has a generally airfoil-like configuration with a pointed rear end and a rounded cutout in the lower forward corner thereof; the rear cover curves outwards between the front and rear thereof and has a rearwards bent top portion which extends most of the length thereof and is situated adjacent the saddle of the motor scooter; each headlight has a housing portion, a curved transparent front surface, and an inner structure behind the transparent front surface; the housing portion extends around the perimeter of the front surface and has an angled generally eye-shape in front view with the inner structure consisting of a central circular reflector.Diagrams of the design are included.Fig. 1 is a right front perspective view of the design of a motor scooter;Fig. 2 is a left rear perspective view thereof;Fig. 3 is a front elevation view thereof;Fig. 4 is a rear elevation view thereof;Fig. 5 is a top plan view thereof;Fig. 6 is a right side elevation view thereof; andFig. 7 is a left side elevation view thereof.
