Description
9 ~
The invention relates to a sign of parts for mounting. More specifically, the invention relates to a set of elements capable of producing assemblies of jets various by assembling at least some of them under a precise shape and according to a predetermined plan.
There are a lot of kits on the market, including ment in the field of ~ children's ouets. For example, we finds a number of educational games of the removable type or "knock-down" consisting of perforated rods, wheels, pulleys, nuts, threaded pins, etc. All, however, have the great disadvantage of not being easy to assemble and, in many if not likely to form a wide variety various objects. In addition, in most known games, the rigidity of the assembly formed is often doubtful.
We have developed a set of agen-created in a precisely shaped assembly by assembling at least some of its elements, the assembly method being characterized by the fact that everything to build is achieved by very simple successive step where only one additional element is added to an already assembled sub-assembly which remains un-formable at all stages of assembly, this set comprising at least two frames of the same thickness, essential-in the form of a frame, each of the frames being made up two vertical uprights and two horizontal crosspieces, each of the frames being pierced with a series of openings aligned appearing on at least each of the two uprights vertical, full and rigid rods with larger diameter to that of said openings except at their ends which are threaded and whose diameter corresponds to the diameter of said openings, the length of the said ends exceeding the thickness of each of the two mounts, so that we can define the ends free at each end, said ends being inserted into corresponding openings of two mounts, - 1 _ ~ ~ S ~ 3 2 spaced and parallel to each other, said rods being provided with shoulders defining said extremities and contributing exclusively to keep the frames spaced and parallel to each other, nuts being screwed tight at the free ends of the threaded ends of said rods so rigidly assemble said frames and said rods, at least one plate placed on at least two rods, the assembly being constituted in such a way that at least two rods used to connect two frame-shaped mounts are arranged in openings provided in the vertical uprights wedges of the two frames, said plate being placed on the two rods arranged in openings provided in the uprights vertical, said plate then being held in a greenhouse exclusively by the two vertical uprights and the two say rods, so as to impose the clamping points on the vertical uprights and substantially at the four corners of said plate, and at least one other rod connecting the two mounts at a level different from that of said plate ~
~ _ the ~ 582g2 According to another preferred aspect of our invention, the set includes pairs of frames of different dimensions lodging, threaded rods of various lengths, nuts as well as rectangular sheets of various sizes.
The elements of the set are pre ~ erence in wood, plastic or metal ~
The frames are preferably in the form of a frame rectangular. According to a preferred aspect of the invention, finds openings at the ~ ure corners of the frames and a variable series of openings aligned between those which appear appear at the four corners.
According to a preferred aspect of the invention, the assembly, made up of pairs of frames of different sizes deurs, rods of different sizes and nuts can press and hold various accessories such as ta-chard, desks with or without drawers, files and seats chairs or armchairs, these various accessories having simple-a length slightly greater than the length between shoulder of the rod which supports them, so that the structure holds them in place like a huge vice The characteristics and advantages of the invention will emerge from the description which follows with reference to annexed drawings in which:
Figure 1 is a perspective view of a mon-floor using the assembly according to the invention, Figure 2 is a perspective view of another assembly using the assembly according to the invention, Figure 3 is a view of one of the rods.
Figure 4 is a view of another form of rod.
Referring to the drawings, more particularly Figure 1, we will see that the assembly 1 consists of deu ~
mounts 3 and 5 in the form of a rectangular frame. These two
-2-l ~5829~
-2-l ~ 5829 ~
mounts 3 and 5 are arranged vertically and are spaced created so as to be parallel to each other, the whole as as seen in Figure 1, The two mounts are identical ticks and we will therefore only describe one, in this case curence, the mount 5. We see that the latter is cons-made up of two uprights 7 and 9 as well as two crosspieces 11 and 13. At each of the corners of the frame, there is one or verture 15. In addition, a series of aligned openings 17 appears between each of the openings 15 which are found at the four corners.
Assembly 1 consisting first of two mounts 3 and 5 here includes three wooden rods 19, 21 and 23, each of them being threaded at their two ends, although this is not illustrated in the drawings of Figures 1 and 2.
In addition, the rods 19, 21, 23 are characterized in that the diameter of the threaded part a is offset from the diameter of the body of the rod so as to constitute a shoulder on which the frames come to rest when screwing the nuts which we will discuss below. The ends of the rod 19 are arranged in the central opening 17 of the two lower crossbars 13 of mounts 3 and 5. This rod is retained in place by nuts 25 (only one being illus-very on Figure 1). ~ uant to rods 21 and 23, they are found on the same plane at a higher level. These two ti-ges are retained on the mounts 3 and 5 in the same way ~ on as the rod 19, that is to say by means of nuts. Finally, a board 27 is arranged on the two rods 23 and 25 of way to build support. This board 27 a, on the other share, the great advantage of maintaining the two mounts 3 and 5 spaced and parallel and contributes, with the nuts 25 and the shoulders of the rods, to give a mounting of a very high rigidity without other auxiliaries.
~ 5 ~ 292 Another mounting model based on the principle of the invention is illustrated in Figure 2. F, n sum, it is start from the same principle and double the number of units.
In this example, an additional frame 29 is used.
which is identical to mounts 3 and 5. Note that in the unit corresponding to Figure 1, we placed the rods 21 and 23 at a higher level and that two ti-lower ages 19 making it possible to provide an additional shelf tional constituted by a board 31. Instead of the shelf 27 we could just as well have provided drawers placed on the rods and held in place by the pressure of mounts.
The frame 29 is connected to the frame 5 by rods 33 and upper stems 35. We have had conventionally a bag 37 which is not part of the invention.
It is easy to imagine that one can foresee a infinite arrangements without departing from the scope of the invention.
