The design consists of the features of shape, configuration, ornamentation and pattern as applied to the offset handle for taping knife as illustrated in solid lines in the drawings.Figures 1, 2, 3 and 4 are, respectively, front, rear, left-side and right-side elevational views of the offset handle for taping knife of this design.Figures 5 and 6 are, respectively, top and bottom plan views of the offset handle.Figure 7 is a top perspective view of the offset handle.Figures 8, 9, 10 and 11 are, respectively, front, rear, left-side and right-side views of a variant of the offset handle of taping knife of Figure 1.Figures 12 and 13 are, respectively, top and bottom plan views of the offset handle of Figure 8.Figure 14 is a top perspective view of the offset handle of Figure 8.The portions shown in broken lines are for illustrative purposes only and do not form part of the design herein.Drawings of the design are included.
