Abstract
The said Industrial Design consists of the features of shape, configuration and ornamentation of a CAPLESS RETRACTABLE MARKING INSTRUMENT, having a substantially cylindrical shape, with a generally bulbous portion and a substantially oval line of demarcation at one end thereof, and at the opposite end a generally cylindrical, tapered end, with a substantially curved line of demarcation disposed therebetween.Drawings of the design are included where:Figure 1 is a perspective view of the marking instrument of the present design;Figure 2 is a right side view thereof, with the opposite side being a mirror image thereof;Figure 3 is a front elevational view thereof;Figure 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;Figure 5 is a top plan view thereof, andFigure 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.
