Abstract

processo de biorrefinaria, e, processo para hidrólise enzimática de fibra de celulose um método para a produção de álcool e outros bioprodutos de hemiceluloses extraídos da biomassa antes da conversão térmica da biomassa para energia. o processo pode ser integrado com o processo da planta hospedeira para minimizar a perda de energia da extração de hemiceluloses. também é divulgada uma decomposição enzimática escalonada de fibras de celulose a partir de uma operação de formação de polpa que é realizada com a reorganização de equipamento e vasos contidos dentro das fábricas de fabricação de polpa e papel típicas existentes. o estoque de alimentação preferido é polpa altamente deslignificada do processo de formação de polpa ácida ou alcalina ou do estágio de branqueamento.
