Abstract

LUVA NÃO ROTATIVA DE FURO ABERTO E CONJUNTO A presente invenção refere-se a uma luva de fundo de poço não rotativa adaptada para perfuração de furo aberto e/ou centralização de revestimento. A luva inclui um corpo tubular feito de plástico duro com lâminas helicoidais formadas integralmente posicionadas em torno de sua superfície externa e uma configuração de superfície interna que permite a circulação do fluido de perfuração para a formação de um suporte de fluido não rotativo entre a luva e o tubo de perfuração ou revestimento. As lâminas helicoidais reduzem o torque de deslizamento e rotação enquanto perfura, com obstrução mínima ao fluido de perfuração que passa através do furo não revestido entre as lâminas. Em uma modalidade, os aperfeiçoamentos são fornecidos durante a saída do revestimento quando na perfuração em ambientes de furo aberto. Em outra modalidade, os aperfeiçoamentos são fornecidos na resistência da luva à carga de compressão.
