Abstract

PROTEÍNAS EM SUPER-HÉLICE ANTIPARALELA DE CADEIA SIMPLES. A presente invenção se refere a proteínas de cadeia simples de fórmula HRS1-L1-HRS2-L2-HRS3, em que HRS1, HRS2 E HRS3 são seqüências de hepta repetições e L1 e L2 são seqüências de ligante (linker) estruturalmente flexíveis, e em que HRS1, HRS2 e HRS3 formam uma estrutura em super-hélice de alfa-hélice antiparalela de fita tripla termodinamicamente estável em solução aquosa. A invenção também se refere a variantes de seqüência de aminoácidos, condições e métodos para obter tais proteínas e variantes, e usos dos mesmo, especialmente seu uso como armações e como produtos terapêuticos.
