Abstract

PROCESSO DE DEPÓSITO DE UM SOLUTO SOBRE UM FIO METÁLICO. Processo de depósito de um soluto (34) sobre um fio metálico (4), caracterizado pelo fato de que compreende as etapas ao longo das quais: deposita-se sobre o fio (4) uma solução líquida (3) formada de um solvente volátil e do soluto (34) e depois, eleva-se rapidamente a temperatura do fio (4) a uma temperatura superior à temperatura de vaporização do solvente de maneira a vaporizar o solvente colocado em contato com a superfície do fio (4), e para formar bolhas de vapor (32) que, se dilatando, geram um impulso de pressão que provoca a ejeção do líquido (33) que permanece na periferia do fio.
