Abstract
PROCESSO DE FOSFATIZAÇçO DE MULTIMETAL PRÉ-PINTURA COM BAIXO IMPACTO AMBIENTAL. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de fosfatização de multimetal que compreende as seguintes etapas: a) imersão da parte de metal a ser tratada em um banho ativador contendo polifosfatos de titânio e compostos orgânicos nitro que são derivados de nitroguanidina; b) transferência da parte de metal do banho de ativação para um banho de fosfatização contendo zinco, manganês, P~ 2~O~ 5~, cloratos, fluorossilicatos e peróxido de hidrogênio.PRE-PAINT MULTIMETAL PHOSPHATIZING PROCESS WITH LOW ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT. The present invention relates to a multimetal phosphating process comprising the following steps: a) dipping the metal portion to be treated in an activator bath containing titanium polyphosphates and nitro organic compounds which are nitroguanidine derivatives; b) transferring the metal portion of the activation bath to a phosphating bath containing zinc, manganese, P ~ 2 ~ O ~ 5 ~, chlorates, fluorosilicates and hydrogen peroxide.
