Abstract
PROCESSO DE INCORPORAÇçO DE BIOCERÂMICA EM RESINA PET E/OU PBT. Pleiteando a incorporação permanente da biocerâmica, inserindo-a de forma definitiva à massa sólida termomoldável, obtendo produtos aos quais são acrescentados os beneficios da biocerâmica, além de trazer importantes melhorias em relação á fabricação convencional utilizada atualmente no mercado. Segundo o processo em questão, motivo desse pedido de patente, o material biocerâmico moido (de 400 a 2.500 match), é incorporado diretamente a resina (pasta) de PET e/ou PBT durante a etapa de formação do Chip em forma liquida (antes da solidificação), para que a o material biocerâmico passe a fazer parte do próprio chip de PET e/ou PBT, que serve de matéria-prima para fabricação de qualquer material termo moldável (fios têxteis, ou placas, plásticos, garrafas e etc.), sendo que, enquanto existir o material final existirá também a biocerâmica, pois a mesma estará incorporada á matéria-prima do produto.
