Abstract

processo para a produção de cerveja e intermediário de cerveja é descrito um processo para a produção de cerveja, o processo tendo as seguintes etapas: a) a produção de um intermediário de cerveja contendo co2 escassamente, em particular um intermediário de cerveja livre de co2; b) o estoque do intermediário de cerveja em pelo menos um recipiente sem pressão ou um recipiente levemente pressurizado; e c) adicionar co2 ao intermediário de cerveja em uma instalação d distribuição, como um resultado do qual, a cerveja produto final, pronta para o consumo contendo co2 seja disponibilizada.
