Abstract

FORMULAÇÃO DE BEBIDA. Formulação de bebida composta de uma bebida tendo cafeína, onde a bebida contém níveis de cafeina na faixa de cerca de 0,07 a 0,30 mg/ml, sendo opticamente clara, e tendo um aroma adicionado; e onde a bebida é composta de um extrato que é derivado pelo menos de um membro do grupo consistindo de cascas de grão de café e polpa de grão de café; onde o extrato está na faixa de cerca de 5 a cerca (eu de 30% o com base no extrato padronizado da bebida; onde pelo menos uma porção da cafeina é derivada do extrato; onde a claridade óptica é medida por um valor de turbidez de pelo menos cerca de 10; e onde pelo menos uma porção do aroma adicionado é derivado do aroma recuperado do extrato.
