Abstract
SISTEMA, MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA IDENTIFICAR E QUANTIFICAR MARCADORES PARA AUTENTICAR UM MATERIAL E MéTODO PARA IDENTIFICAR, AUTENTICAR, E QUANTIFICAR MARCADORES LATENTES EM UM MATERIAL. A presente invenção refere-se a dispositivos e métodos para dentificação, autenticação, e quantificação de um ou mais marcadores dissimulados contidos em um material. Um dispositivo inclui uma célula microfluídica (10), um sistema de transferência de líquidos (20), e um sistema detector (50), e está em uma unidade integrada que proporciona um processo em linha, automatizado, para identificar um ou mais materiais que contêm pelo menos um marcador latente que pode se transformar em uma forma ativa. A célula microfluídica (10) é para receber um material que contém um marcador latente e tem pelo menos uma entrada (30a, 30b) para receber um ou mais líquidos, e uma ou mais saídas (40a ,40b) através das quais os líquidos saem. O sistema de transferência de líquidos (20) é conectado operacionalmente à célula microfluídica (10) e distribui líquidos para a célula microfluídica (10). O sistema detector (50), que pode incluir uma fonte (300) e um sensor (310), fica perto das saídas, para detectar a forma ativa do marcador.
