DOBRADIçA DE EMBUTIR EM M.D.F. OU MADEIRA E PROCESSO PARA A SUA FIXAçãO Refere-se o presente invento a uma dobradiça de embutir e ao processo de preparação das fendas nas caixas e tampas feitas em M.D.F. ou madeira, que é constituída por duas metades (1 e 2) fabricadas em aço unidas por um pino (3) de aço ou arame que atravessa os segmentos tubulares formando a articulação; a dobradiça de embutir possui um perfil externo semicircular (4) e travas (5, 6, 7, 8, 9 e 10), em sentido favorável à introdução nas fendas da caixa e da tampa (19, 20, 21 e 22); ditas fendas possuem uma inclinação de 45<198> e tem um perfil e uma profundidade semelhantes a cada metade da dobradiça (1 e 2). O processo de execução das fendas pode ser desenvolvido por uma máquina dotada uma cantoneira em "L" (11) inclinada em 45<198> (ficando na posição V) que é dotada de uma estrutura (12) também inclinada em 45 e que possui dois calços reguláveis (13 e 14) e uma abertura (16) para passagem de um disco de corte de alta rotação (15); a cantoneira em "L" (11), é articulada em uma extremidade (17) e dotada de uma mola com um fim de curso regulável (18) na outra extremidade: o operador deve colocar a caixa ou tampa com a parte aberta apoiada na estrutura (12) deslizá-la dentro da cantoneira em "L" (11) até a mesma encostar no calço (13); então, deve pressionar a caixa ou tampa para baixo sobre o disco de corte de alta rotação(15), que executará a primeira fenda; após isso o operador deve cessar a pressão sobre a cantoneira (a mesma retorna para cima por ação da mola) e repetir a operação encostando a caixa ou tampa no outro calço (14) para executar a segunda fenda.HINGE FOLDING IN M.D.F.
