Abstract

"DISPOSIçãO E MéTODO DE BOMBEAMENTO ALTERNATIVO COM VARETAS OCAS SEM TUBULAçãO DE PRODUçãO". Trata-se de uma disposição e um método de extração de fluidos, preferivelmente petróleo cru, de um poço perfurado dentro de uma formação geológica por bombeamento alternativo com varetas ocas. Particularmente, à disposição compreende: a) um conjunto de fundo estacionário que é baixado ao poço em uma carreira independente por uma única vez, é fixado ao revestimento à profundidade desejada, sendo que o conjunto provê o sistema de ancoragem da bomba de profundidade; b) uma bomba de profundidade de movimento axial alternativo que consiste em um sistema de ancoragem e um centralizador, ambos solidários ao membro fixo; c) uma fileira de varetas ocas centralizadas que se estende por dentro do poço e qual se conecta pela sua extremidade inferior ao membro móvel da bomba através de um tubo de união de passagem de purgação que permite a passagem do fluido do interior da bomba ao interior da fileira de varetas ocas; d) uma vergóntea oca que é conectada à fileira de varetas ocas em que a vergóntea é acoplada a um sistema que imprime o movimento axial alternativo à bomba; e) uma ponte de produção que conecta a vergóntea com a tubulação de condução através de articulações rotativas, e f) um coxim rígido que provê uma saída de ventilação do espaço anular formado entre a fileira e o revestimento enquanto que preenche o dito espaço e lubrifica a vergóntea.
