Abstract

INFUSçO DE VÁCUO POR MEIO DE UMA MEMBRANA SEMIPERMEÁVEL. A presente invenção refere-se a um elemento de invólucro oblongo, feito de material de compósito de fibras, por meio de infusão de vácuo, em que o material de fibras é impregnado com polímero líquido. Um molde é aplicado com uma cavidade de molde, no qual uma inserção de fibras (3), com uma primeira face lateral (1) e uma segunda face lateral (2), é colocada, em que a dita inserção de fibras inclui uma pluralidade de camadas de fibras e uma camada de distribuição (4), a dita camada de distribuição (4) propiciando uma maior taxa de escoamento para o polímero líquido do que as camadas de fibras. Uma membrana semipermeável (5) é colocadaoposta à primeira face lateral (1) da inserção de fibras, a dita membrana se- mipermeável sendo substancialmente permeável a gases e substancialmente impermeável a polímero líquido, e comunicando-se ainda com uma fonte de vácuo. A camada de distribuição (4) é colocada dentro da inserção de fibras (3) com camadas de fibras em ambos os lados e é interrompida por uma zona (6), oposta à membrana semipermeável (5). O polímero líquido é dirigido pelos canais de entrada (7, 8) à camada de distribuição (4), criando, desse modo, uma frente de escoamento (9,10), entre a camada de distribuição (4) e a segunda face lateral (2), a dita frente de escoamento movimentando-se pela zona central (6), na direção da membrana semipermeável (5).
