Abstract

PRODUTO ALIMENTìCIO CONTENDO UM OU VáRIOS MICROORGANISMOS VIVOS E PELO MENOS UM INGREDIENTE ALIMENTICIO BIOATIVO DE INTERESSE, PROCESSO DE PREPARAçãO DO MESMO E UTILIZAçõES DE UM PRODUTO ALIMENTìCIO E DE PELO MENOS UM INGREDIENTE ALIMENTìCIO ISCA. A presente invenção refere-se a um produto alimentício contendo um ou vários microorganismos vivos e pelo menos um ingrediente alimentício bioativo de interesse, em que o ou os referidos ingredientes alimentícios bioativos de interesse são protegidos fisicamente, o ou os referidos ingredientes alimentícios bioativos de interesse sendo de preferência encapsulados; e/ou por meio de pelo menos um ingrediente alimentício isca contido no referido produto alimentício, de modo que sua metabolização pelo ou pelos referidos microorganismos vivos é reduzida. A invenção refere-se mais particularmente a um produto alimentício contendo microorganismos vivos, ingredientes bioativos de interesse e ingredientes iscas.
