Abstract

PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE UMA COMPOSIçãO AQUOSA DE COMPOSTO ATIVO PARA A PROTEçãO DE PLANTAS OU MATERIAIS, COMPOSIçãO AQUOSA DE COMPOSTO ATIVO, E, USO DA MESMA A invenção diz respeito a um método para produzir composições aquosas de substância ativa de substâncias ativas que são insuficientemente solúveis em água, especialmente de substâncias ativas para o uso na proteção de plantas e materiais. A invenção também diz respeito às composições de substância ativa obtidas de acordo com o método inventivo e ao seu uso no controle de organismos nocivos na proteção de plantas e materiais. O método inventivo compreende as seguintes etapas: a) fornecer uma suspensão aquosa de partículas de substância ativa sólida de pelo menos uma substância ativa que tem uma solubilidade em água de não mais do que 5 g/l a 25<198> C/1013 mbar e compreendendo pelo menos uma substância ativa de superfície para estabilizar as partículas da substância ativa, pela qual as partículas da substância ativa na suspensão têm um tamanho médio de particular determinado pela dispersão de luz dinâmica, de não mais do que 1200 nm, b) polimerização de emulsão de uma primeira composição monomérica M1na suspensão aquosa da substância ativa, pela qual a composição monomérica M1compreende pelo menos 95% em peso, com base no seu peso total, de pelo menos um monómero neutro, monoetilenicamente insaturado Ml. 1 que tem uma solubilidade em água de não mais do que 30 g/l a 25<198> C/1013 mbar, obtendo-se, desse modo, uma dispersão aquosa de partículas de substância polimérica/ativa, e c) polimerização de emulsão de uma segunda composição monomérica M2 em uma dispersão aquosa das partículas de substância polimérica/ativa obtidas na etapa b), pela qual a composição monomérica M2 compreende pelo menos 60% em peso, com base no seu peso total, de pelo menos um monómero neutro, monoetilenicamente insaturado M2.1 que tem uma solubilidade em água de não mais do que 30 g/l a 25<198> C/1013 mbar.
