Abstract
MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA DE QUATRO TEMPOS E ULTRA-EXPANSãO, inclui um cilindro (1) e um pistão (2), onde o grau de compressão do espaço de admissão (V2), que satisfaz o requisito de energia, é mantido em 1 ,8-5Mpa ao final do tempo de compressão, para formar a condição de aumentar a temperatura e pressão de combustão; de acordo com a taxa de ultra-expansão, que pode ser atingida pela pressão de trabalho efetiva, o volume útil (V) do cilindro é projetado para ser maior que o espaço de admissão (V2), sendo assim, a energia térmica remanescente, após o trabalho de expansão do volume constante do gás de combustão, pode ser explorada para também expandir sob a condição adiabática para formar a condição de trabalho de ultra-expansão; diversas camisas de água de resfriamento (6) são dispostas na câmara de combustão (5) e na parte superior do cilindro (1), enquanto a camisa de água de resfriamento é equipada na parte inferior do cilindro (1) e um meio de isolante térmico (7) é a esta aplicado, assim evitando uma perda de calor no processo de trabalho de ultra-expansão, para aperfeiçoar o efeito do trabalho de ultra-expansão; o diâmetro da válvula de admissão (3) é reduzido e o diâmetro da válvula de escapamento (4) é aumentado para diminuir o ângulo de avanço da exaustão e ampliar o efeito de ultra-expansão; uma invenção pode aumentar o rendimento térmico significativamente, reduzir o consumo de combustível e reduzir a contaminação ambiental.
