Abstract

PROCESSO, ESTAçãO DE ASSINANTE E EQUIPAMENTO DE REDE PARA COMUNICAçãO VIA RáDIO, ESPECIALMENTE NO áMBITO DO SERVIçO HSDPA. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a comunicação via rádio, em que por uma estação de assinante (UE) a uma estação de rádio (NODE B) de rede são transmitidas primeiras mensagens com emprego de um primeiro código (C_ HS-DPCCH) e segundas mensagens com emprego de um segundo código (C_ DEDICATED). O emprego do primeiro código (C_HS-DPCCH) pela estação de assinante (UE) é interrompido temporariamente e o emprego do segundo código (C_ DEDICATED) é continuado durante essa interrupção. De acordo com a invenção, o emprego do primeiro código (C_HS-DPCCH) é retomado pela estação de assinante (UE) em função de uma potência de emissão, que está disponível para o emprego do primeiro código (C_HS-DPCCH) pela estação de assinante (UE). A invenção refere-se ainda a uma estação de assinante (UE) e a um equipamento de rede (NODE B) para execução do processo.
