Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A CARBONILAçãO DE UM DIENO CONJUGADO Um processo para a carbonilação de um dieno conjugado, que compreende reagir o dieno conjugado com monóxido de carbono e um coreagente tendo um átomo de hidrogênio ativo na presença de um sistema de catalisador que inclui: (a) uma fonte de paládio e (b) um ligando de difosfina bidentado da fórmula (II): R¬1¬ > P¬1¬ - R - P¬2¬ < R¬2¬R¬3¬ em que P¬1¬e P¬2¬ representam átomos de fósforo; R¬1¬ representa um grupo orgânico divalente opcionalmente substituído ligado ao átomo de fósforo por dois átomos de carbono terciários e R¬2¬ e R¬3¬ independentemente representam grupos univalentes de 1 a 20 átomos contendo um átomo de carbono terciário através do qual cada grupo é ligado ao átomo de fósforo ou R¬2¬ e R¬3¬ juntamente formam um grupo orgânico divalente opcionalmente substituído contendo pelo menos 2 átomos de carbono terciários através do qual o grupo é ligado ao átomo de fósforo e R representa um grupo de ligação em ponte que compreende 3 átomos através dos quais P¬1¬ e linearmente conectado a P¬2¬ e (c) uma fonte de um ânion.A process for the carbonylation of a conjugated diene A process for the carbonylation of a conjugated diene comprising reacting the conjugated diene with carbon monoxide and a coreagent having an active hydrogen atom in the presence of a catalyst system which includes: (a) a palladium source and (b) a bidentate diphosphine ligand of the formula (II): where P¬1¬ - R - P¬2¬ <R¬2¬R¬3¬ where P¬1¬ and P¬2¬ represent phosphorus atoms; R¬1¬ represents an optionally substituted divalent organic group bonded to the phosphorus atom by two tertiary carbon atoms and R¬2¬ and R¬3¬ independently represent univalent groups of 1 to 20 atoms containing a tertiary carbon atom through which each group is bonded to the phosphorus atom or R¬2¬ and R¬3¬ together form an optionally substituted divalent organic group containing at least 2 tertiary carbon atoms through which the group is bonded to the phosphorus atom and R represents a group A bridging moiety comprising 3 atoms through which P¬1¬ is linearly connected to P¬2¬ and (c) a source of an anion.
