Abstract

"óLEO DE HIDROCARBONETO COMPOSTO, E FLUIDOS PARA PERFURAçãO A BASE DE óLEO PREPARADOS A PARTIR DOS MESMOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um óleo de hidrocarboneto composto que compreende um óleo de hidrocarboneto de base, de preferência uma mistura de hidrocarbonetos parafínicos, carbonato de propileno e um ácido graxo líquido contendo pelo menos 12 átomos de carbono por molécula, de preferência o ácido graxo de 'óleo de tall'. A proporção em volume do carbonato de propileno para o ácido graxo líquido e a partir de cerca de 3,5 para 1 até cerca de 7 para 1. De preferência a concentração do carbonato de propileno é a partir de cerca de 0,007 <124> / 3,78 <124> (0,002 gal/gal) de óleo até cerca de 0,021 <124> / 3,78 <124> (0,0057 gal/gal) de óleo e a concentração do ácido graxo líquido é a partir de cerca de 0,001 <124> / 3,78 <124> (0,0003 gal/gal) de óleo até cerca de 0,005 <124> / 3,78 <124> (0,0015 gal/gal) de óleo. A invenção também compreende um método para a composição do óleo de hidrocarboneto composto e um fluido para perfuração a base de óleo preparado a partir do óleo de hidrocarboneto composto. De preferência o óleo de hidrocarboneto composto é caracterizado por um aumento na taxa de viscosidade em baixo cisalhamento do óleo de pelo menos 5.000 centipoise ou através da mistura de 5,41 gr / 159 <124> (7,5 lb/bbl) de uma argila orgânica no mesmo.
