Trata a presente patente de Invenção de um Processo de Extração de Colágeno Gelificado e de Complexo Cromo/Colágeno de Resíduos de Couros Curtidos ao Cromo pelas enzimas, onde para o primeiro o processo faz uso da Enzima JOANA FéLIX-1G, e Enzima JOANA FéLIX-2G, sendo que para o segundo lança-se mão da utilização da enzima JOANA FéLIX-1C. A técnica baseia-se na preparação de Colágeno Gelificado Líquido, Colágeno Gelificado, Colágeno em Gelatina, Colágeno em Gel, Colágeno Gelificado Seco, Colágeno Gelificado Sólido, Complexo Cromo/Colágeno em Massa, Complexo Cromo/Colágeno Seco, Complexo Cromo/Colágeno Sólido. O Colágeno Gelificado pode ser utilizado nas indústrias alimentícias, farmacêuticas, cosméticas, de ração animal, de colas e adesivos, indústrias fotográficas, de fertilizantes, de plásticos, de borracha, de couros, de produtos químicos para curtumes e em vários seguimentos das indústrias químicas.
