Abstract
MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DE UM PRODUTO METáLICO E PRODUTO A PARTIR DO MESMO. A presente invenção refere-se a ligas à base de cobre, níquel, estanho e chumbo obtidas por um método de lingotamento contínuo ou semicontinuo, ou lingotamento de barras estáticas ou conformação por spray de barras, e capaz de endurecimento espinodal. O índice de usinabilidade das ligas da invenção excede 80% em relação à norma ASTM 036000 para o bronze e pode até mesmo alcançar 90%.METHOD OF PRODUCTION OF A METAL PRODUCT AND PRODUCT FROM THE SAME. The present invention relates to copper, nickel, tin and lead based alloys obtained by a continuous or semi-continuous casting method, or static casting bars or spray forming bars, and capable of spinodal hardening. The machinability index of the alloys of the invention exceeds 80% over the ASTM 036000 standard for bronze and can even reach 90%.
