Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE UM COMPOSTO, E, COMPOSTO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de um composto da fórmula (7) ou seus sais em que R¬ 1¬ representa um hidrogênio ou um grupo hidrocarbila, R¬ 2¬ representa um hidrogênio ou grupo substituinte, R¬ 3¬ representa um hidrogênio ou um grupo hidrocarbila, e X representa um hidrogênio ou grupo substituinte, que compreende: a) cianetar um composto da fórmula (1): em que Y representa um grupo halo, preferivelmente C1 ou Br; P¬ 1¬ representa hidrogênio ou um grupo de proteção, e W representa =O ou OP¬ 2¬, em que P¬ 2¬ representa hidrogênio ou um grupo de proteção, para dar um composto da fórmula (2): b) reduzir o composto da fórmula (2) para dar um composto da fórmula (3): c) acoplar o composto da fórmula (3) com um composto da fórmula (4): para dar um composto da fórmula (5): d) quando W representar _OP¬ 2¬, desproteger e então oxidar o composto da fórmula (5) para dar um composto da fórmula (6): e e) submeter o composto da fórmula (5), quando W representar =O, ou um composto da fórmula (6), à abertura do anel, e remoção de quaisquer grupos de proteção remanescentes, para dar um composto da fórmula (7) ou seus sais:
