Abstract

"MATERIAIS DE REVESTIMENTO DE UM COMPONENTE TERMICAMENTE CURáVEIS, SUA PREPARAçãO E USO". A presente invenção refere-se a materiais de revestimento de um componente termicamente curáveis tendo um teor de sólidos de 40 a 80%, em peso, e uma resistência elétrica na faixa de 600 a 1300 k<87>, compostos de, com base, em cada caso, no material de revestimento, (A) de 18 a 25%, em peso, de um (co) polímero de (met) acrilato com um índice hidroxila de 80 a 240 mg de KOH/g, um índice de ácido de O a 40 mg de KOH/g, um peso molecular médio numérico de 1500 a 20.000 daltons, uma temperatura de transição vítrea de -40 a + 80<198>C e um teor de grupo hidroxila primário de > 50 equivalentes%, baseado na quantidade total de grupos hidroxila presentes em (A), (B) de 2 a 7%, em peso, de uma tris(alcoxicarbonilamino) triazina, (C) de 2 a 8%, em peso, de um polilsocianato bloqueado com pirazol, (D) de 3 a 9%, em peso, de uma resina de melamina-formaldeído reativa, solúvel em água, (E) de 3 a 9%, em peso, de uma resina de melamina-formaldeído de elevada reatividade, insolúvel em água, (F) de O a 40%, em peso, de um aditivo, e (G) de 20 a 60%, em peso, de um solvente orgânico; processo para preparar os mesmos, e seu uso.
