Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO PARA REVESTIMENTO, PROCESSO DE PREPARAçãO DA MESMA E SUBSTRATO REVESTIDO COM A MESMA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição para revestimento, um processo para a produção da mesma e substrato revestido com a mesma. A composição compreende um polímero multimodal de etileno, que contém desde 80 até 99,8 % em peso de unidades de repetição de etileno e desde 0,2 até 20 % em peso de unidades de repetição de C~ 3~-C~ 20~ <244>-olefina e é uma mescla de pelo menos um primeiro e um segundo polímero de etileno que podem ser obtidos por um processo que compreende pelo menos duas etapas em que: o dito primeiro polímero de etileno é preparado por polimerização de etileno e co-monómero (s) opcionais na presença de um sistema de catalisador de sítio único e o dito segundo polímero de etileno é preparado por polimerização de etileno e co-monómero (s) opcionais na presença de um sistema de catalisador de sítio único; as ditas etapas sendo realizadas em qualquer ordem e o polímero de etileno de cada etapa estando presente na (s) etapa (s) a seguir e que produz uma mescla de desde 20 até 80 % em peso do dito primeiro e desde 80 até 20 % em peso do dito segundo polímero de etileno, a dita mescla tendo uma densidade de 0,915 - 0,955 g/cm¬ 3¬ uma taxa de fluxo fundido, MFR~ 2~, de 0,028 - 1,5 g/10 minutos, uma distribuição de peso molecular, M~ w~/M~ n~, de 3-10 e um valor de CTL de 5,0 MPa de acordo com ISO 6259 de pelo menos 500 horas. O substrato revestido com a composição para revestimento de preferência é um cano de metal.
