Abstract

"LIBERAçãO CONTROLADA DE AGENTES ALTAMENTE SOLúVEIS". A presente invenção proporciona formulações de liberação sustentada para fornecimento sistêmico de drogas ou de outros agentes terapêuticos que sejam altamente solúveis em água. Métodos de administração de agentes e dispositivos úteis para a administração são também descritos. Em particular, formulações de liberação sustentada são descritas para o tratamento de glaucoma, incluindo métodos e dispositivos adequados para a administração das formulações.
