Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE ACOPLAMENTO RáPIDO PARA FERRAMENTA EM ESCAVADEIRAS OU MáQUINAS SIMILARES". Um dispositivo de acoplamento rápido (1, 2) para ferramentas (3) em máquinas, especialmente máquinas agrícolas, de transporte, elevação, escavação e movimentação de terra, o qual é caracterizado pelo fato de compreender um adaptador (2) unido ao braço articulado da máquina através de pelo menos um pino mestre (7), constituído por uma placa de base (17) a qual é essencialmente plana e paredes laterais (10) cujas superfícies externas (10) têm, pelo menos parcialmente, inclinações as quais convergem na direção de acoplamento do adaptador (2) à ferramenta (3) , o referido adaptador (2) tendo meios de fixação móveis (13) , o dispositivo também compreendendo meios de acoplamento (1) na ferramenta (3) a ser acoplada, os quais contém ganchos rígidos (5, 5<39>, 6, 6<39>) para o recebimento do pino mestre (7) que une o adaptador (2) e o braço articulado da máquina e paredes laterais (9) cujas superficies internas (9<39>) têm, pelo menos parcialmente, inclinações convergentes as quais combinam com as inclinações das superfícies externas do adaptador, as paredes laterais também tendo perfurações (8) para o recebimento e a manutenção, por travamento, dos meios de fixação móveis (13) do adaptador (2), de modo que na posição de acoplamento um efeito de cunha ou de acoplamento seja produzido entre as paredes de adaptador (10) e a ferramenta (3), e o meio de fixação (13) é introduzido nas perfurações (8) de paredes laterais (9) da ferramenta, os ganchos (5, 6) e as perfurações (8) também sendo posicionados de modo que a ferramenta (3) se acople ao adaptador (2) em uma de duas posições viradas 180<198> com respeito uma à outra.
