Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO ENRIJECEDOR DE ESTRUTURAS TUBULARES FLEXìVEIS". A invenção diz respeito a um dispositivo enrijecedor de estruturas tubulares flexíveis que compreende um elemento elastomérico integral (1), com geometria formada pela união de duas ou mais porções troncónicas (1A, 1B). O elemento elastomérico integral (1) é fixado à estrutura tubular flexível (6) por intermédio de pelo menos duas seções cónicas metálicas (2, 3), unidas por pelo menos dois flanges (7,8), de modo que uma das seções cónicas metálicas (2 ou 3) seja solidária a um elemento de proteção (5) do elemento elastomérico (1). Desta forma, o elemento elastomérico integral (1) é fixado ao elemento de proteção (5) por intermédio do aperto entre os flanges (7, 8), com o elemento de proteção (5) fixo à boca de sino (10) por intermédio de garras. O objeto da Invenção pode ser concretizado alternativamente, por meio da utilização de um elemento elastomérico integral (1) dotado de adçamentos (4) na porção troncónica superior (1A), ou pela atuação conjunta de um elemento metálico-elastomérico (11) e o elemento elastomérico integral (1), sem, no entanto, constituir uma peça única com este, ou um elemento elastomérico integral (1) fixo à estrutura tubular flexível (6) por intermédio de um sistema de fixação, que transmite as cargas de aperto para a tubulação flexível (6) através do elemento elastomérico integral (1), de tal modo que o elemento elastomérico integral (1) não interage com a boca de sino (10)."FLEXIBLE TUBULAR STRUCTURE DEVICE". The invention relates to a stiffening device for flexible tubular structures comprising an integral elastomeric element (1) having geometry formed by the union of two or more frusto-conical portions (1A, 1B). The integral elastomeric element (1) is fixed to the flexible tubular structure (6) by means of at least two metallic conical sections (2, 3) joined by at least two flanges (7,8) so that one of the conical sections (2 or 3) is integral with a protective element (5) of the elastomeric element (1). In this way the integral elastomeric element (1) is fixed to the protection element (5) by tightening between the flanges (7, 8), with the protection element (5) attached to the bellmouth (10) by means of of claws. The object of the invention may alternatively be embodied by the use of an integral elastomeric element (1) provided with trimmings (4) on the upper frusto-conical portion (1A), or by the joint actuation of a metal-elastomeric element (11) and the integral elastomeric element (1), without, however, constituting a single piece thereof, or an integral elastomeric element (1) fixed to the flexible tubular structure (6) by means of a clamping system, which transmits the clamping loads to the flexible tubing (6) through the integral elastomeric element (1) such that the integral elastomeric element (1) does not interact with the bellmouth (10).
