"CASSETE DE EXPRESSãO DE GENES, USO DE UM OU MAIS CASSETES DE EXPRESSãO DE GENES, MéTODO DE TRANSFORMAçãO GENéTICA EM CéLULAS VEGETAIS, MéTODO DE OBTENçãO DE PLANTA GENETICAMENTE MODIFICADA, PLANTAS GENETICAMENTE MODIFICADAS, USO DA PLANTA, PLANTAS DERIVADAS, SEMENTES GENETICAMENTE MODIFICADAS, USO DA SEMENTE GENETICAMENTE MODIFICADA, MADEIRA, USO DA MADEIRA, CELULOSE, USO DA CELULOSE, PAPEL, USO DO PAPEL E MéTODO DE MODULAçãO DO NìVEL DE POLIPEPTìDEOS EM PLANTAS". A presente invenção está relacionada a cassetes de expressão de genes que codificam enzimas envolvidas na rota metabólica da biossíntese das hemiceluloses, celulose e/ou ácidos urónicos, e ao método de transformação genética em células vegetais através da introdução de um ou mais cassetes de expressão de genes da presente invenção e superexpressão e repressão desses genes nas plantas. Mais particularmente, a presente invenção refere-se a método de introdução de cassetes de expressão, em plantas. Adicionalmente, a presente invenção refere-se a plantas geneticamente modificadas. A presente invenção trata também da obtenção da planta geneticamente modificada, suas plantas derivadas e sementes, bem como a madeira, papel e celulose proveniente dessa planta.
