Description
“DISPOSIçãO APLICADA EM PALETE METÁLICO NERVURADO DE BAIXO PESO E GRANDE RESISTÊNCIA” [0001] Trata a presente solicitação de Modelo de Utilidade de uma nova “DISPOSIçãO APLICADA EM PALETE METÁLICO NERVURADO DE BAIXO PESO E GRANDE RESISTÊNCIA”, especialmente de um palete metálico de conformação convencional, obtido por meio de perfis de reduzida espessura os quais são dotados de várias dobras que aumentam sua resistência, idealizado com a finalidade de se obter um produto altamente resistente à carga e às intempéries e uso em geral, de reduzida massa haja vista a espessura de ditos perfis com a finalidade específica de acondicionar qualquer produto passível de ser transportado em empilhadeiras ou “zeloso”, com extrema racionalidade e vida útil de dito palete, sendo o produto pleiteado altamente providencial, em virtude da inexistência no mercado de um palete que ofereça essa relação resistência x peso x vida útil. [0002] Como é de conhecimento dos técnicos nos assunto, a logística é uma matéria primordial para o sucesso comercial e financeiro de empresas dos mais diferentes setores. É sabido que a logística diz respeito ao fluxo de materiais/ produtos do fornecedor ao consumidor final e vice-versa. [0003] Basicamente há a logística tradicional e a logística reversa, de tratamentos diferenciados devido a composição de custo, nesta última que prega o reprocessamento que os produtos, materiais e embalagens possam vir a ter. [0004] A logística reversa pode ser observada há tempos, a título de exemplo, no caso dos vasilhames utilizados nas indústrias de bebidas com retorno das garrafas e seus engradados, ou mesmo no caso de bebidas enlatadas cujo índice de retorno também é gerado pelo alto grau de reciclagem deste tipo de embalagem que, inclusive possui um cunho social. [0005] Outro exemplo, que pode ser aplicado a logística reversa é quanto a utilização de paletes, incentivado pelas políticas “just in time” onde a rotatividade dos produtos é grande, sendo que ditos paletes devem se movimentar por toda a cadeia produtiva e de distribuição, de modo que quanto mais resistente e barato for o palete melhor será a relação custo x benefício. [0006] No atual ESTADO DA TÉCNICA são conhecidos diversos tipos de paletes fabricados em madeira; plástico; papel; borracha ou aço de alto peso específico, cada qual apresentando algum tipo de inconveniente, como descrito abaixo: • Palete em madeira - peso excessivo; menor vida útil; contaminação dos produtos; ecologicamente incorreto; não suporta umidade; • Palete em plástico - custo elevado; dificuldade de manutenção em casos de trincas e quebras; falta de flexibilidade dimensional; • Palete em papel - reduzida vida útil; não lavável; nenhuma resistência a umidade e baixa resistência mecânica; • Palete em borracha - custo elevado; peso elevado; difícil manutenção, reduzida flexibilidade dimensional; • Palete em aço - peso elevado e alto custo. [0007] Portanto no atual estado da técnica, todos os paletes conhecidos apresentam algum tipo de inconveniente, tais como os acima comentados impactando o sistema de logística reversa que indiretamente aumenta os custos indiretos agregando valor ao produto final, o que em dias de concorrência acirrada não é nem um pouco recomendado. [0008] Nestas condições, cria-se limitações quanto a otimização dos paletes em sistemas de logística reversa, o que é, como já comentado, fator determinante na elevação dos custos de transporte, componente importante no custo final do produto. [0009] Foi pensando em todos estes problemas que o inventor, depois de inúmeras pesquisas, criou o palete em questão, essencial mente de conformação convencional, ou seja, formado por peças inferiores e superiores devidamente espaçadas, gerando um entrevão onde são inseridas as pinças de empilhadeiras ou outro equipamento similar tal qual já praticado nos dias atuais, se destacando ser fabricada em perfil metálico de espessura reduzida cuja resistência é obtida por meio de uma série de dobras realizadas em dito perfil, de forma a dar condições ao mesmo de suportar grandes cargas, gerando um produto de peso reduzido, grande vida útil e resistência mecânica. As is well known to those skilled in the art, logistics is a prime subject for the commercial and financial success of companies in the most diverse sectors. It is well known that logistics refers to the flow of materials / products from supplier to end consumer and vice versa. Basically there is the traditional logistics and the reverse logistics, of differentiated treatments due to the cost composition, in the latter that preaches the reprocessing that the products, materials and packaging may have. Reverse logistics can be observed for a long time, for example, in the case of containers used in the return beverage industry and in their crates, or even in canned beverages whose return rate is also generated by the high degree of recycling of this type of packaging that even has a social imprint. Another example that can be applied to reverse logistics is the use of pallets, encouraged by “just in time” policies where product turnover is high, and these pallets must move throughout the production and supply chain. so the sturdier and cheaper the pallet, the better the cost-benefit ratio will be. In the present state of the art various types of pallets made of wood are known; plastic; paper; high-weight rubber or steel, each of which has some type of drawback as described below: • Wooden pallet - excessive weight; shorter service life; product contamination; ecologically incorrect; does not support moisture; • Plastic pallet - high cost; difficulty of maintenance in cases of cracks and breaks; lack of dimensional flexibility; • Paper pallet - reduced service life; not washable; No moisture resistance and low mechanical resistance; • Rubber pallet - high cost; high weight; difficult maintenance, reduced dimensional flexibility; • Steel pallet - high weight and high cost. Therefore, in the current state of the art, all known pallets present some type of drawback, such as those mentioned above impacting the reverse logistics system which indirectly increases the indirect costs adding value to the final product, which in days of fierce competition. It is not recommended at all. Under these conditions, limitations are created regarding the optimization of pallets in reverse logistics systems, which is, as already mentioned, a determining factor in the increase of transportation costs, an important component in the final cost of the product. It was thinking about all these problems that the inventor, after countless researches, created the pallet in question, essentially of conventional conformation, that is, formed by properly spaced inferior and superior pieces, generating a grate where the tweezers are inserted. forklift trucks or other similar equipment as it is practiced today, notably being made of a thin metal profile whose strength is obtained through a series of folds made in said profile, so as to give it conditions to support large loads, generating a light weight product, long service life and mechanical strength. [0011] A “DISPOSIçãO APLICADA EM PALETE METÁLICO NERVURADO DE BAIXO PESO E GRANDE RESISTÊNCIA”, o palete (1), objeto desta solicitação de Patente de Modelo de Utilidade aplica-se ao armazenamento e transporte de todo e qualquer tipo de peças e embalagens, sendo de conformação convencional que se destaca por ser de baixo peso e grande resistência, haja vista ser fabricado a partir de lâminas metálicas cuja resistência é obtida por meio de uma série de nervuras ou dobras (D) originando um perfil (P) de massa reduzida, grande resistência e vida útil, passível de ser lavado, com grande flexibilidade dimensional, baixo custo, reciclável além de não contaminar os produtos nele acondicionados atendendo as exigências de norma específica. [0012] Mais particularmente a inovação refere-se a um palete (1) fabricado a partir de perfil (P) metálico de reduzida espessura, cuja resistência é obtida pela conformação de diversas dobras (D), preferencial mente dobras em “U”, podendo assumir outras configurações como meia cana (MC), por exemplo, que após perfilado associa grande resistência mecânica aliada a peso reduzido em relação aos paletes (1) convencionais. [0013] As figuras anexas mostram, o perfil (P) em seu formato preferencial cuja disposição construtiva perfaz dobras (D) em “U” alternados sendo uma dobra (D1) “U” para cima e outra dobra (D2) “U” para baixo. [0014] A construção do palete (1) em questão se dá com os perfis (P), já conformados, sendo dispostos de maneira a formar uma base inferior formada por perfis (P) sobrepostos devidamente espaçados por batoques (2) prismáticos, preferencialmente emborrachados, com reentrância (3) central apta a recepcionar pelo menos duas dobras (D2) “U” voltadas para baixo e projeções (4) extremas que recepcionam as dobras (D1) “U” direcionadas para cima, desta forma encaixando-se com perfeição a ditos perfis (P), gerando a base de sustentação do palete (1), além de gerar entrevão (5) suficiente para entrada da pinça da empilhadeira ou equipamento similar. [0015] Uma vez formada a base, preferencialmente em número de três, as mesmas são travadas por perfis (PT) transversos unidos a base por meios já conhecidos como, solda, parafusos, rebites ou outro meio qualquer, tal qual a base cujos perfis (P) após encaixados nos batoques (2) são fixados aos mesmos.
