Abstract
"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA ASPERSãO". Uma pistola de aspersão de baixo volume - baixa pressão (10), para a aspersão de um fluído, tem um alojamento (12), uma entrada de gás (16), um mecanismo de válvula de disparo e um bocal (14) . A pistola (10) tem passagens de ar inferior e superior (38, 39), as quais conectam a entrada de gás (16) ao mecanismo de válvula de disparo (23), e o mecanismo de válvula de disparo ao bocal (14), respectivamente. A passagem superior (39) é deslocada da passagem inferior (38), e é de formato substancialmente cónico, o layout das passagens (38, 39) produzindo um vórtice de gás na passagem superior (39), o que cria uma aceleração de gás, para compensar a baixa pressão do gás que entra na entrada de gás (16). O mecanismo de válvula de disparo compreende uma válvula de pistão (23), uma válvula de agulha de controle de líquido (22) e um gatilho (40). A válvula de pistão (23) pode incluir luvas com aberturas interna e externa (26a, 26b), as luvas sendo coaxiais, com a luva interna (26a) localizada dentro da luva externa (26b).
