Abstract
"REFORçADOR DE FREIO A VáCUO". Um reforçador de freio a vácuo (10) tem uma câmara de vácuo (18) e uma câmara de funcionamento (20) separadas uma da outra de uma maneira a prova de pressão por uma parede móvel (16). Uma válvula de controle (22), que inclui um alojamento (24) funcionalmente acoplado à parede móvel (16), tem uma primeira sede de válvula (50), que está disposta no alojamento (24) e para obter uma diferença de pressão na parede móvel (16) é capaz de controlar a provisão de pelo menos pressão atmosférica à câmara de funcionamento (20) em depedência do deslocamento de um elemento de entrada (26) acoplado à primeira sede de válvula (50). Para reforço melhorado de força de frenagem durante operações de frenagem de emergência, uma armadura (38), que coopera com um imã permanente (40), é provida no alojamento de válvula de controle (24) e é rigidamente acoplada por um lado ao elemento de atuação (26) em direção de atuação e por outro lado à primeira sede de válvula (50). A armadura (38) é pré-carregada resilientemente contrária à direção de atuação e na posição de partida da válvula de controle (22) é retida a uma primeira distância do imã permanente (40). A armadura (38), quando ela se aproxima do imã permanente (40) e está menos que uma segunda distância afastada previamente definida, que é menor que a primeira distância, é puxada pelo imã permanente (40) contrário à força de pré-carregamento resiliente que atua sobre a armadura (38) e com cancelamento simultâneo de seu, em direção de atuação, acoplamento rígido ao elemento de atuação (26) em contato com o imã permanente (40).
