Abstract

"PROCESSO APERFEIçOADO PARA CO-PRODUçãO DE 6-AMINOCAPRONITRILA E HEXAMETILENO-DIAMINA". A invenção diz respeito a um processo para produção simultânea de 6-aminocapronitrila e hexametileno-diamina da adiponitrinila, que compreende as seguintes etapas: a) hidrogenar a adiponitrila na presença de um catalisador que contém um elemento do VIII subgrupo desse modo se obtém uma mistura que contém 6-aminocapronitrila, hexametileno-diamina, adiponitrila e altas caldeiras; b) separação destilada da hexametileno-diamina da mistura que contém 6-aminocapronitrila, hexametileno-diamina, adiponitrila e altas caldeiras ou c1) separação destilada de 6-aminocapronitrila e subseq³entemente d1) separação destilada da adiponitrila ou c2) separação destilada simutânea do 6-aminocapronitrila e adiponitrila em frações separadas. A invenção tem como características que em temperaturas nos fundos da coluna nas etapas d1) ou c2) estão sob 185°C. A adiponitrila desse modo obtida contém menos impurezas do que, por exemplo, o 1-amino-cianociclopentenos.
